The Association's Annual General Meeting will be held at 13.00hrs on Friday 6 June 2008 at the Royal Society, 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London WC2A 3PE, as part of the ACAMH Jack Tizard Lecture and Day Conference 'Mental Health Services for Adolescents'.

The following business was conducted:

| 3. | The accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 were approved |
| 4. | The reports of the Honorary Officers were received |
| 5. | Elections to the Board 5.1 The following elections were ratified: 5.1.1 Professor Eric Taylor to the position of Chair Elect; 5.1.2 Dr Blanaid Gavin to a first term of office; and 5.1.3 Dr Sebastian Kraemer to a second term of office 5.2 The appointment of the editorial representatives was ratified: 5.2.1 Professor Tony Charman to JCPP editorial representative 5.2.2 Professor Paul Stallard to CAMH editorial representative 5.3 The Board of ACAMH for the year 2008-2009 was approvedo by special resolution |
| 6. | The appointment of the Auditors (Wilkins Kennedy) for 2008-2009 was approved |
| 7. | Such other business as the Board determined was transacted: 7.1 Amendments to the Association's Memorandum and Articles were approved by special resolution; 7.2 There was no increase to the Membership Subscription Fees 7.3 The ACAMH membership of the following organisations was agreed: - IACAPAP - Young Minds - National Children's Bureau - NCVO |
