A full-day conference providing a timely and targeted update on new and emerging developments
There can be no underestimating the importance of learning disabilities in the context of child and adolescent mental health, where there are an estimated 55,000-75,000 children with moderate or severe learning disabilities and an estimated 65,000 with severe and profound learning disabilities (in England alone) and where children and young people with learning disabilities are six times more likely to have mental health problems than other young people.
Featuring as Keynote Presenter, international specialist and recognised leading researcher
Of wide relevance to all those, whatever their discipline, involved with children and young people affected by learning disabilities, this conference promises to be of immense value, offering a comprehensive overview of the area and a host of practical tips and applicable messages.
Don't miss out on this opportunity to listen to and learn from the leading child and adolescent learning disabilities experts and the combined and specialist expertise of the host organiser and collaborators.
Fees: £55 for members of ACAMH, BPS SIG and CALDPN ; £65 for non-members
